Sophie Ferry, a patient and advocate with Generalized Lymphatic Anomaly, will be participating in the 29029 Everesting Challenge in Jackson Hole, Wyoming on June 27-28th. She was diagnosed at 9 years old with a Complex Lymphatic Anomaly, causing various orthopedic and pulmonary complications, making this feat exceptionally challenging at altitude.

Sophie will attempt 19 ascents of Snow King’s Trail in 36 hours, which is equivalent to the 29029 ft. elevation gain to Mount Everest’s summit. As she climbs, she will be raising critical funds for the research of rare lymphatic malformations and raising awareness for her patient community.
